Our products are built to last. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within one year with proof of purchase. After one year, we will replace or refund items that have a manufacturing defect.

Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain threshold for Adventure Rewards members. Expedited and Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

You can return unworn, unwashed items within 12 months of purchase. Returns can be made by mail using our pre-paid return label for a small fee, or you can return items for free at any Eddie Bauer retail store.
